This is the last talk of the series of seminars on the isomonodromy deformations method for equations of Painlevé type. In this talk, I will apply the results, studied in the previous seminars, to the computation of the isomonodromic tau function of the Painlevé 6 equation close to the singular points. The result of the computation will serve as an introduction to the expansion of the tau function in conformal blocks, which will be discussed later in future seminars.
