Mathematics

In this introductory presentation I will shortly introduce myself and present you the background of my PhD project, named "Development of Reduced Order CFD models", carried out at a nuclear research institution, SCK·CEN, in collaboration with the University of Ghent, both in Belgium. Then I will explain how the ITHACA-FV code is of benefit to my project and what features have not been implemented yet, but are needed having the final application in mind and what I will work on during my six months stay in the mathLab group.
