We will derive the explicit kernel of the propagator of a generic self-adjoint realization of the Laplacian on the half-line by a suitable adaptation of the Albeverio-Brzezniak-Dabrowski scheme developed in punctured R^d, based on Laplace transform and spectral calculus. The dynamics governed by each propagator is determined by an actual interaction supported at the origin.
