a classical Theorem in Differential Geometry states that the flows of two smooth vector fields $X,Y$ commute for all times if and only if their Lie bracket $[X,Y]$ vanishes. In this talk, I will consider Sobolev vector fields with bounded divergence, and I will discuss an extension of this result in the context of Regular Lagrangian Flows.
