In this talk we will define the concept of Lie Bracket for Sobolev vector fields and we will prove that, at least in dimension $n=2$, the commutativity of flows of two rough vector fields $X,Y$ is equivalent to the condition $[X,Y]=0$, extending a result of Colombo and Tione (2022). Extensions to higher dimensions and the BV case will be also discussed.
